1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@ervox.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you the address for returning the item..
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted.
